Hiking can be so rewarding. Not only do you get a great workout, you get to witness beautiful scenery! It’s an awesome way to appreciate the great outdoors and Mother Nature. And although some people may prefer to hike alone, there’s nothing better than having a buddy right beside you who loves hiking just as much.
Hiking can get pretty lonely if you don’t have someone to enjoy the scenery with. That’s why this young woman was ecstatic when she finally found her hiking buddy: Sir Quincy Isenhopper.
This white bunny isn’t just any bunny. He’s an active hiking pro once he puts on his harness.
After a week or so of wearing [the harness] Sir Quincey grew to love it because it meant he could play outside and go further than his fence.
This was when the bunny owner sparked up an idea. Seeing as how he enjoyed playing outside so much while wearing the harness, the owner was prepared to take the next step.
She decided to take Sir Quincy on his very first hike. She made sure she was completely prepared by packing his bowl, food, and favorite toys.
As a pleasant surprise, the bunny was enjoying the hike just as much she was if not more.
He hopped a little but mostly wanted to ride on my backpack. I think he likes being able to see from up there.
Ever since, the two hiking buds have had some of their own adventures. Once, the two stayed at a forestry cabin that was 15 miles into their hiking trip and she found the bunny stealing her bed.
She didn’t get mad but who could at this adorable thing? Anyone else convinced that they now need a bunny hiking buddy?
